Maude wines are made from carefully selected parcels of fruit from vineyards that Sarah-Kate and Dan know and love. A Central Otago Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris as well as a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc are hand crafted at the custom built winery in Wanaka. Wines from the Mt Maude Vineyard in the Maungawera valley have joined the Maude range as the individual vineyard reserve wines.

Maude Pinot Noir
2011
14%
The 2011 Maude is sourced from 3 premium sub-regions of Central Otago, each contributing to this savory, complex Pinot Noir. Aromas of black cherry, plum and scents of Asian spices team up with a palate that displays layers of dark fruit flavours entwined with velvety but structural tannins. Careful cellaring for 5 years will reward.
